This Standard strands have an even number of pitches, pin links, and roller links. A roller chain strand can be shortened by removing links and lengthened by adding whole or a half links (offset links).EPG was awarded with “famous product of Zhejiang Province” and “famous brand of Zhejiang Province”.Standard roller chain & sprocket is available with pitches from 1/2 to 3 inches. Chain & Sprocket numbers are determined by multiplying the pitch by 80 (a 1/2 inch pitch chain & sprocket would be a No. 40 chain & sprocket). A hyphenated suffix indicates multiple strands.DS50ATL18H sprocket is a durable, high quality, and precision double single sprocket with hardened teeth that is manufactured to accept a 1615 bushing. Sprockets that have hardened teeth last longer and are much more durable than those that don’t. Something else that is notable about this sprocket is that it fully meets all ANSI Standards, which insures proper contact between the #50 roller chain & sprocket and sprocket thus preventing premature wear or breakage. This sprocket is also black oxide coated which increases resistance to the environment and will prevent early rust build up. DS50ATL18H sprockets are made to accept a 1615 size taper bushing which we also stock with a wide range of bore sizes.
